It was worth its 4 stars. This hotel was right place for exploring Guadalajara, loved it. Furthermore, it had free parking. Centrally located for us.

Don't pass this hotel up if you plan to visit bosque los colomos. Loved the pool. Property was centrally located and had low off-peak prices.
